RTL Momentum Cohorts offer a dedicated, monthly practice-based space for alumni of Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) to deepen your discernment, enhance your use of RTL tools, and advance impactful projects that address social, environmental, and organizational challenges.

Over six transformative months, you will engage in hands-on small group coaching designed to empower you to deepen your skills in the following areas:

Designing Projects: Deepen practice of key design tools in your project while drawing insights from peers’ experiences, enhancing your strategies with collaborative learning.

Enrolling Partners: Discover strategies for enlisting support and collaboration to co-create results.

Communicating Powerfully: Master the art of listening below the surface, clearly articulate your vision, and speak to inspire others.
Our focus is on practical application that shifts your approach from merely reacting to challenges, to proactively creating strategies that save time and create results that matter.
Momentum Cohort Details
The Momentum Cohort meets monthly on the
second Tuesday, starting August 11th, 9-11am PST, for 6 months.
Each participant will identify at least one specific goal to move their projects forward
during the course of the cohort.
Facilitated by Impact Launch practitioners and coaches Annabelle Berrios and Robyn McKeen
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Leadership Impact Certificate,
acknowledging your commitment to leadership excellence and social impact.
3 Project Design Sessions:
Dive deep into project design tools and
iterate on your ideas.
Final Compelling Communication Session:
Led by guest facilitator Salvatore Manzi, author of Clear and Compelling, to enhance your communication strategies.
2 Listening & Speaking Sessions:
Focus on deep listening strategies and powerful speaking techniques.
5 Peer Partner Sessions:
Taking place once between each monthly cohort session, with a focus on feedback for project design and accountability for action.
One-Time Introductory Rate: $2,000
