Executive
Coaching
Leadership is not the performance of having all the answers, but rather a practice of authentic presence. Executive Coaching provides a companion who asks powerful questions to mirror, challenge, and support the expansion of your resilience, responsibility, discernment, and authentic influence as you step forward from uncertainty into focused action.
Emerging Leadership Coaching
For mid-level and emerging leaders, stepping into greater responsibility and influence brings new opportunities to grow confidence and practical leadership skills. Through reflective dialogue and real-world application, you strengthen decision making as you navigate the expectations of upper management and the needs of on the ground teams with your unique sense of clarity and integrity.
Integrated Coaching
Skill-building in transformational leadership is achieved through consistent, adaptable practice. Integrated Coaching surfaces opportunities to apply the tools learned during Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) programs and build sustainable habits that make RTL part of daily leadership practice.
For facilitators, this includes intentionally designing meetings and events that drive meaningful action, strengthening facilitation skills while integrating cultural norms and values into regular meeting design.
Team
Coaching
Self-awareness is a key leadership capacity that impacts interpersonal relationships and collaboration. Through inquiry, reflection, somatic awareness and fieldwork, Team Coaching grows your team’s capacity to stay with paradox, to make choices that honor purpose and relationship, and to move from reactivity into responsive action. Over time this shapes leadership that is values-aligned, generative, and responsive rather than reactive.

We offer coaching agreements built for your specific goals, with a minimum six month commitment.

Our monthly retainer option secures a dedicated and consistent space to think, refine, decide, and grow. It includes everything above, except your number of coaching sessions will be tailored to your needs and can be individual, group or a combination of the two.
