More of our neighbors need help with food, and it's getting harder to provide. Costs are up. Staff and volunteers are stretched thin. Public funding and policies keep shifting. Collaboration has become more difficult with declining capacity.
This program is a chance to change that. It's time set aside to get in the same room, build trust, and work out what we can do better as a team with the support of experienced leaders in personal capacity and systems change.
The idea came from partners like you who have asked for real time to solve problems together, build relationships, gain practical tools and support follow through.

Build stronger partnerships among local food organizations

Put people who have lived with hunger at the center of planning and decisions
Team up with clinics, schools, housing providers, or local government
Keep staff, volunteers, and organizations strong for the long haul
Improve how food gets to people, through pantries, food banks, or neighborhood-run efforts
