LEO/LCT Stage 2: Seeing, Documenting & Sustaining New Narratives

This 1.5 day workshop with Dr. Monica Sharma and the Impact Launch team will integrate core Radical Transformational Leadership practices and distinctions with new tools and processes to see, document and sustain new narratives in our project or issue area that serve equity and wellbeing for all.  

Narratives in our projects, teams, communities, society and the media create our reality and what is possible.  At this time, there are many opportunities to reimagine narratives about issues facing our communities - from Covid recovery to racial justice, poverty, education, housing and more.  

Seeing and documenting new narratives that amplify equity and wellbeing for all will help inform and drive societal norms, policies, practices and systems.  How do we ensure we are seeing or creating new narratives as they emerge and making them explicit in our projects?  How do we powerfully and effectively document through writing, speaking, film, and other means of normalizing the new narratives? Finally, how do we sustain these narratives so we do not simply go back to status quo. 

Join us with Dr. Monica Sharma to take your work to the next level, with the space and time to design and plan with the support of senior practitioners and peers.
