LCT/LEO Onboarding Program

This program is for community change makers and CBO staff, partners and board members who have not been able to complete the full 9-day leadership program, and would like to become familiar with and know how to implement the foundational concepts of Radical Transformational Leadership, including identifying our Conscious Full-Spectrum Project Design and key tools to navigate challenges and implement sustainable and equitable change. 

The session is one full day & one half-day, attendance at both is required: 

• April 29th 9-3pm 
• April 30th 9-12pm

This program will be led by Senior Practitioners Shebreh Kalantari-Johnson, Megan Joseph and Robyn McKeen.
