LCT/LEO Refresher: The Core Tools

It is a critical time to be grounded in our values and adept at implementing the right tools at the right times to navigate challenges and advance equitable results in our communities.

This special "Refresh Day" will offer a review of the core tools, frameworks and practices of Radical Transformational Leadership.  Refresh, re-engage, and deepen your understanding and practice of the tools to advance your social impact work in these critical times.

The day will include refreshing core components for project design and social transformation such as:

• The Conscious Full Spectrum Response Equity Framework
• Respond/Realize
• 4 Operational Strategies
• Overwhelm/Overload
• The opportunity to hear how others have applied these tools to their projects
• Time to practice and plan how to apply them to your own work
