About the event

This discussion series is for emerging or existing Black, Indigenous, Latinx and People of Color (BILPOC) leaders who are facing barriers in generating the change they seek due to structural and systemic racism and inequities within the organizations and communities they are working. Join us in creating the highest potential for the future of your leadership, your organization and those you serve – without compromising who you are.

Leading Change in a "but this is how we've always done it" Culture

Having faced resistance to change, we will share what we've done to lead shifts in our organizations for increased transparency, inclusion and equity in staff, boards, policies, practices and culture.
