RTL Impact Program Manager

Impact Launch is seeking a contractor to support the exciting launch of a national online cohort of Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL), called RTL Impact. The ideal candidate will be an alumni of the Leadership for Equity & Opportunity program (LEO) or the Leadership for Community Transformation (LCT) program.

 

The RTL Impact program will be conducted virtually using the Zoom platform and will be available in English, with the possibility of Spanish interpretation. The contractor must be available for all session dates (see below) as well as 2-3 practice sessions (dates TBD) and 4-6 team planning calls (dates TBD). 

 

The contractor will provide administrative and coordination support to the Impact Launch team, while helping to contribute to the scaling of RTL and transformation for change makers across the country. We expect the workload will be 4-6 hours per week, with up to 25 hours during the week of the online sessions, for a total not to exceed 225 hours over 9 months. The position would be time limited to September 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022, with additional opportunities to work with Impact Launch possible beyond this project.  Compensation is $30-36/hour.

Program Dates:

Session 1: January 27-28, 2022

Session 2: March 10-11, 2022

Session 3: April 21-22, 2022

Session 4: May 19-20, 2022

 

Duties/Responsibilities Include:

 

Administration and Coordination: 

  • Assist with marketing & outreach efforts - social media interest and experience a plus!

  • Assist with coordination and outreach for program information and enrollment webinar sessions

  • Generate social media and email marketing graphics and copy

  • Assist with generating alumni testimonials - written and video 

  • Respond to applicants that their application has been received

  • Record and organize applications

  • Respond to applicants that they have been accepted into the program

  • Coordinate program materials, including handouts, coordinating translation of handouts and mailing of books

  • Coordinate logistics & communications for Practitioner Coach training sessions

  • Participate in team coordination meetings  

  • Coordinate additional program logistics as necessary 

 

Technology Support During Sessions: 

  • Manage language interpretation features as needed

  • Set up and manage breakout rooms

  • Monitor the chat box for tech questions

  • Support with screen sharing/showing of videos

  • Connectivity support- be point person via cell phone and chat for tech questions/difficulties

  • Help troubleshoot tech issues that arise
