Structure of Call: Please adhere to the following instructions, designed to maximize your triad experience! This is not about your opinion—it is about fostering leadership and growth! a. Possibility: Begin with your Stand b. 10Minutes+5: o 8-10 minutes = Each person has up to 10 minutes to answer the reflection questions in the context of their project o +5 = Triad members then give feedback on what they’ve shared and the actions they’ve taken using: Retain, Increase, Decrease to empower the person and to grow their leadership c. Please: NO giving advice, NO coaching, NO personal processing not related to leadership or the project d. Deep Listening: Listen from your heart; Notice when you move away from your Stand; Listen deeply, Notice background conversations e. End of Call: Thank and acknowledge each triad member for growing you as a leader by sharing, “I learned from you. . . and I will practice ...“
